Biotech Labs Methylene Blue Review 2026: Dose and Price

Biotech Labs methylene blue review: a cobalt dropper bottle, an oral measuring syringe and purple methylene blue gummies on a desk

Quick answer: Biotech Labs methylene blue is a 1% solution (10 mg per mL) in a 30 mL dropper bottle, sold for $34.99 on its own store or $69.98 for three bottles on its offer page. The label says USP grade, but no certificate of analysis is published on either page we checked. NooBlue makes the gummies we recommend first: 10 mg per gummy, no blue mouth, $49.99 for 60.

If you searched for Biotech Labs methylene blue, you probably saw an ad or a TikTok clip and want to know what is in the bottle, what it costs per dose and whether the claims hold up. We read both of the brand’s live storefronts on October 16, 2026, checked the label image, worked out the cost per 10 mg and compared it with NooBlue’s three formats, the same way we checked Better Life Labs methylene blue. NooBlue sells methylene blue, so we have a stake in this comparison; every Biotech Labs figure below links to the brand’s own page. Written by the NooBlue editorial team. Published October 16, 2026. What the Biotech Labs methylene blue page actually says

Biotech Labs runs two storefronts. The Shopify store at shop.biotechlabs.us lists a product simply called Methylene Blue at a sale price of $34.99, down from $49.99. Its product text is one line, and the purchase box notes that the item can be a recurring purchase billed until you cancel.

The longer sales page lives at biotechlabs.shop. There the product is called Methylene Blue 1% Drops, and the bottle image reads “Methylene Blue+”, 1%, USP Grade, 1 oz (30 mL). The brand’s FAQ gives the strength as 10 mg per mL and the directions as 6 to 10 drops a day in water, with each bottle described as roughly a 30-day supply.

The page leans hard on outcome language: brain fog, cognitive decline and cellular aging appear as headline benefits. It quotes 89% and 92% improvement figures, and its own footnote says these come from a voluntary, self-reported customer survey. That is useful to know before you weigh them. We found no batch certificate of analysis, no lab name and no list of other ingredients behind the “+” on the label.

Biotech Labs methylene blue price and cost per 10 mg

Price per bottle hides what you actually pay for the compound. A 30 mL bottle at 10 mg per mL holds 300 mg of methylene blue, so we divided each price by that amount and expressed it per 10 mg, the size of one NooBlue gummy. NooBlue figures use the live store price on the same day. Prices are as of Oct 2026 and can change.

NooBlue makes the gummies, drops and capsules in this table, and the gummies are our pick for most people because the dose is fixed and there is nothing to measure. On pure cost per milligram, NooBlue’s 50 mL drops at $0.60 per 10 mg beat a single Biotech Labs bottle and its three-pack offer, and they hold two thirds more liquid. The Biotech Labs five-bottle deal comes closest, but it commits you to 1,500 mg of a product with no published certificate. For a wider field, our comparison of the top methylene blue brands lines up eight options on the same terms.

The dose math behind the “30-day supply”

Here is the detail no other page we found points out. Biotech Labs says to take 6 to 10 drops a day and also says one bottle lasts about 30 days. A 30 mL bottle used up in 30 days means about 1 mL a day, which at 1% strength is 10 mg of methylene blue daily.

For 10 drops to equal 1 mL, each drop would need to be 0.1 mL, which is large for a glass dropper. If the drops are smaller, the bottle lasts longer than a month and the daily dose sits below 10 mg. If they are that large, you are taking about 10 mg a day. The page never states the milligrams per drop, so you cannot tell which it is from the listing alone.

That gap matters because liquid dosing is the easiest place to drift. Ask the seller how many drops make 1 mL from their dropper, or measure once with an oral syringe. Our guide on how many mg of methylene blue per day walks through low-dose ranges and why many people start small. With a 10 mg NooBlue gummy or a 5 mg capsule, that question disappears.

Shipping, refunds and the subscription box

The sales page says orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from a Miami warehouse with 3 to 6 business days for US delivery. The brand’s shipping policy is a little slower: 1 to 2 business days to process, 3 to 7 business days in transit by USPS Ground Advantage, and a flat $4.99 shipping rate. The policy also says the brand does not ship to PO boxes.

The “results or full refund” promise is narrower in the written refund policy. The money-back guarantee covers first-time orders only, within 30 days of delivery. A refund to your original payment method has $5 deducted, while store credit is paid in full. Subscription renewals that have already shipped are not refunded, so check the recurring-purchase box at checkout.

For comparison, NooBlue offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $100, 30-day returns and dispatch in 1 to 2 business days with tracking. We cover the brand side of that in our review of whether NooBlue is legit, including what our certificate covers and what it does not.

What the research on methylene blue shows

The best-known human study is small. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in Radiology, 26 healthy adults aged 22 to 62 took a single low oral dose. One hour later, brain imaging showed more activity during attention and short-term memory tasks, and correct memory-retrieval responses rose by 7%.

That is one dose in one small group, so it supports the idea that methylene blue can affect attention and memory in the short term. It does not show what months of daily use do, and it says nothing about any one brand’s product. Claims about cellular aging and long-term brain health on sales pages rest on cell and animal work far more than on human trials.

The safety research is firmer. Work on purified human enzyme in the British Journal of Pharmacology found methylene blue to be a potent inhibitor of MAO-A, which explains the risk of serotonin toxicity when it is combined with certain antidepressants. That finding applies to every brand, Biotech Labs and NooBlue alike.

Safety: who should skip methylene blue

Biotech Labs’ FAQ lists sensible exclusions, and we agree with them. Do not take methylene blue with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medicines, because of the serotonin syndrome risk. Skip it if you have G6PD deficiency, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.

Methylene blue can turn urine blue or green, which is expected and harmless. Drops can also stain the mouth, tongue, counters and clothing, which the Biotech Labs storage note warns about too. If you take any prescription medicine, talk to your doctor before you start, whichever brand you choose.

This article is for education and is not medical advice. Methylene blue is a potent compound, so a qualified health professional should review it against your own health history and medicines.

Frequently asked questions

Is Biotech Labs methylene blue legit?

It is a real product sold through two live storefronts with a stated 1% strength, a 30 mL bottle and a USP grade label. What we could not find is a published certificate of analysis, a testing lab name or the full ingredient list, so the purity claim cannot be checked from the outside. Ask for a batch certificate before you buy.

What drugs should not be taken with methylene blue?

SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs and other serotonergic medicines, because methylene blue strongly inhibits MAO-A and the combination can cause serotonin toxicity. Speak to your doctor about any prescription medicine before you start.

Is it safe to take methylene blue daily?

Many people use low doses daily, but long-term human data are limited. Stay within the label serving, avoid it with the medicines and conditions listed above, and review it with your doctor if you plan to use it for months.

Why do I feel weird after taking methylene blue?

Some people notice mild nausea, headache or restlessness, often at higher doses or on an empty stomach. Blue or green urine is expected. Stop and get medical advice if you feel agitated, feverish or confused, especially if you take any serotonergic medicine.

Why don’t doctors recommend methylene blue?

Doctors use it in specific hospital settings, but evidence for everyday use is still early and the drug interactions are serious. Many prefer to see larger human trials first, which is a fair position.

Is Blue Organics methylene blue safe?

The same rules apply to every brand: check for a batch certificate, a clear strength and the safety warnings above. We look at that brand in detail in our Blue Organics methylene blue breakdown.

Where can I compare Biotech Labs with other brands?

Our roundup of methylene blue reviews and research covers the main brands, and the methylene blue gummies review compares gummy formats and their certificates. Search terms like mind blue, nano blue methylene blue or a methylene blue bar point to other products, and the same checks apply.

Sources and the bottom line

Biotech Labs methylene blue is a standard 1% liquid with aggressive offer pricing, an unclear drops-to-milligrams dose and no published certificate. If you want drops, NooBlue’s 50 mL bottle costs less per milligram. If you want a dose you never have to measure, NooBlue’s 10 mg gummies are our pick.
