Quick answer
- NooBlue vs Supreme is a comparison between one brand and a word. No company called Supreme sells methylene blue. The name appears on two Amazon listings: Earth Harmony’s 12 mg capsule and PureHealth Max’s 10 mg capsule. Healthletic does not sell a Supreme product.
- NooBlue makes the gummies, capsules and drops compared here, so we are not neutral. Our pick for most people is NooBlue Methylene Blue Gummies: 10 mg of USP-grade methylene blue and 25 mg of vitamin C per gummy, 60 for $49.99.
- Earth Harmony’s capsule is the cheaper option per milligram at $0.55 per 10 mg, and it suits someone who wants a single 12 mg capsule with added botanicals. PureHealth Max had no purchase offer when we checked.
- None of these products is for anyone taking SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medicines, anyone with G6PD deficiency, or anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18.
Type “Supreme methylene blue” into a store search and you get capsules from at least two different companies, with different doses and different amounts of paperwork. That is the real problem behind a NooBlue vs Supreme search. You are comparing a brand you can check against a label word that two sellers share.
We read the live product pages and listings for every product in this comparison in October 2026 and recorded each price, dose and warning they print. Written by the NooBlue editorial team. Published October 14, 2026. Last updated October 14, 2026.
A disclosure first. NooBlue makes the products on one side of this comparison, and our gummies are our pick. Every Supreme figure below comes from the seller’s own store or listing. If you would rather see all eight options people compare with the Supreme listings, our Supreme methylene blue reviews rank them one by one.

NooBlue vs Supreme: Who Actually Makes Supreme?
Start with the name, because it causes most of the confusion. Earth Harmony sells a capsule on Amazon titled “Earth Harmony Methylene Blue Capsules for Humans, USP Grade Supplement – Supreme Methylene Blue Pills (60 Capsules)”. On its own store the same company calls that product “Ultimate Methylene Blue (60 Capsules)”. PureHealth Max sells a separate Amazon listing called “Supreme Methylene Blue Capsules”.
Some searches pair Supreme with Healthletic. We checked Healthletic’s full product catalog in October 2026 and found no product called Supreme. Healthletic sells Ultimate Methylene Blue as a 1% liquid in a 30 mL bottle ($32.99 for one bottle) and a product called Ultimate MB Capsules + Vit C. Our Healthletic methylene blue review covers that range in detail.
The word Ultimate adds a second layer. Earth Harmony, Healthletic and NooBlue all use “Ultimate Methylene Blue” on a product name. NooBlue’s version is the Ultimate Methylene Blue Capsules, 5 mg each.
So before you compare anything, check the seller name on the listing and the milligrams on the label. Those two details tell you which product you are actually looking at.
NooBlue vs Supreme Side by Side
The table puts every product on the same unit: the cost of 10 mg of methylene blue at the single-bottle price. Prices are as of Oct 2026 and come from each seller’s own page. Earth Harmony’s price is from its brand store, because its Amazon listing price changes by region.
| Product | Methylene blue per unit | Units per pack | Price (as of Oct 2026) | Cost per 10 mg | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NooBlue Methylene Blue Gummies (our pick) | 10 mg + 25 mg vitamin C | 60 | $49.99 | $0.83 | A fixed daily dose with no blue mouth |
| NooBlue Ultimate Methylene Blue Capsules | 5 mg | 60 | $37.99 | $1.27 | Starting low at 5 mg a day |
| NooBlue Methylene Blue Drops 1% | 10 mg per mL | 50 mL | $29.99 | $0.60 | Fine control over the amount |
| Earth Harmony “Supreme” capsules | 12 mg + vitamin C and botanicals | 60 | $39.95 | $0.55 | Lowest cost per 10 mg in this table |
| PureHealth Max “Supreme” capsules | 10 mg (listing) | 30 | No purchase offer | n/a | Not buyable when we checked |
Earth Harmony wins on raw price per milligram, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. NooBlue’s case rests on other things: a smaller fixed dose, no extra actives, a gummy that leaves no blue mouth and a lab certificate you can open. Which of those matters depends on how you plan to take it.
Dose: 12 mg, 10 mg or 5 mg?
Earth Harmony’s product page answers a customer question by stating that each capsule contains 12 mg of methylene blue. PureHealth Max’s listing says each capsule delivers a 10 mg dose. NooBlue offers three fixed or measurable amounts: a 10 mg gummy, a 5 mg capsule and a 1% liquid that holds 10 mg per mL.
Those differences look small, but they decide how you start. If you want to begin at a low amount and see how you respond, the NooBlue 5 mg capsules give you that without cutting or measuring. The label serving is one capsule a day. Earth Harmony has no smaller step than 12 mg.
If you already know you want around 10 mg a day, the NooBlue Methylene Blue Gummies deliver it in one chew. They come in a Wild Blueberry flavor with zero sugar. Because nothing dissolves in your mouth as a blue liquid, they don’t leave the blue tongue that drops can. With any format, urine can turn blue or green for a while, which is expected.
The NooBlue 1% drops are for people who want to adjust the amount themselves. A 50 mL bottle holds 500 mg in total, the lowest cost per milligram in the NooBlue range. The trade-off is measuring and a blue mouth if you take it straight.
What Else Is in the Capsule
NooBlue gummies contain two actives: methylene blue and vitamin C. The capsules contain methylene blue alone. Vitamin C can shift methylene blue toward its colorless form, and the gummies are made with that pairing in mind.
Earth Harmony’s capsule is a blend. Its description lists USP-grade methylene blue with vitamin C, plus “a plant-based blend of organic berberine, chlorophyllin, and chlorophyll”. The page text gives no amounts for the vitamin C or the botanicals. Berberine is an active compound in its own right, so if you take other supplements or medicines, ask your doctor about the whole formula, not just the methylene blue.
PureHealth Max’s listing does not show a full ingredient panel in its text. It describes the capsules as “1% USP methylene blue”. A percentage strength describes a liquid solution, so that phrase on a capsule doesn’t tell you much. The 10 mg per capsule figure in the listing bullets is the number to go by.

Lab Paperwork and Label Warnings
Earth Harmony says its methylene blue is “99.99% USP / pharmaceutical grade” and that all products undergo third-party testing. We found no certificate, lab name or lot number on the product page. That doesn’t mean testing didn’t happen. It means you would need to ask the company for the paperwork before you could check it.
NooBlue links a lab certificate from CTLA for the methylene blue ingredient. It covers the raw ingredient at lot level, not each finished batch. If you want to know what the USP grade itself requires, our guide to USP-grade methylene blue explains the standard.
On safety warnings, Earth Harmony does well. Its page says the product is not recommended during pregnancy or nursing, that people with a G6PD gene mutation should consult a healthcare provider, and that methylene blue should not be combined with SSRIs or antidepressants. We found no directions or warnings in the PureHealth Max listing text. NooBlue prints the full warnings on every product page and label.
See NooBlue Gummies · $49.99What the Research Says About Low Doses
Human research on low oral doses is small, so it is worth being exact. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in Radiology, 26 healthy adults aged 22 to 62 took a single low oral dose of methylene blue or a placebo. One hour later, brain scans showed more activity during attention and short-term memory tasks, and the methylene blue group had 7% more correct responses on memory retrieval (Rodriguez et al., 2016).
That is one small, single-dose study in healthy people. It supports interest in methylene blue for focus and mitochondrial energy, but it does not show what daily use does over months. It also says nothing that separates one brand from another. The same evidence applies to NooBlue, Earth Harmony and PureHealth Max equally.
The safety research is more settled. A laboratory study in the British Journal of Pharmacology found methylene blue to be a potent inhibitor of the enzyme MAO-A, tested on purified human enzyme (Ramsay et al., 2007). That is the mechanism behind the serotonin syndrome risk when methylene blue is combined with serotonergic medicines.
Who should not take methylene blue: anyone taking SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medicines; anyone with G6PD deficiency; anyone pregnant or breastfeeding; and anyone under 18. If you take any prescription medicine, talk to your doctor first. Methylene blue can color urine blue or green.
NooBlue vs Supreme: Frequently Asked Questions
Is Supreme the same company as Healthletic?
No. Healthletic’s product catalog has no product named Supreme. Healthletic sells Ultimate Methylene Blue as a 1% liquid and a capsule called Ultimate MB Capsules + Vit C. The Supreme name appears on Earth Harmony and PureHealth Max listings on Amazon.
Supreme vs NooBlue: which is cheaper?
Per milligram, Earth Harmony’s Supreme capsule is cheaper at $0.55 per 10 mg against $0.83 for NooBlue gummies and $0.60 for NooBlue drops. NooBlue’s 5 mg capsules cost more per milligram at $1.27 per 10 mg, because they are built for a lower starting dose.
Which type of methylene blue suits most people?
For most people a fixed swallowed or chewed dose is the simplest, because you take the same amount each day without measuring. A 10 mg gummy or a 5 mg capsule does that. Liquids give more control but can stain the mouth and need careful measuring.
What brand of methylene blue is legit?
Judge any brand on what it prints, not its name. Look for the milligrams per unit, a full ingredient list, a lab certificate you can open, and warnings that name serotonergic medicines, G6PD deficiency and pregnancy. Our comparison of methylene blue brands applies those checks across the market.
What should you not mix with methylene blue?
Do not combine methylene blue with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medicines, because of the serotonin syndrome risk. Check with your doctor before combining it with any prescription medicine. With a blended product such as Earth Harmony’s, the added berberine is worth raising with your doctor too.
Is PureHealth Max Supreme methylene blue still available?
When we checked its Amazon listing in October 2026, it showed as currently unavailable with no featured offer, so there was no price to compare. If it comes back, compare the label dose and ask for a lab certificate before you buy.
Comparing other brands with NooBlue? Our head-to-heads with Troscriptions and Nutricel use the same cost-per-10 mg method, and our methylene blue gummies comparison covers the chewable options.
The Bottom Line
Choose NooBlue if you want a small fixed dose with no extra actives, a gummy that leaves no blue mouth, or a 5 mg capsule to start low. The gummies are our pick for most people. Choose Earth Harmony’s Supreme capsule if the lowest cost per milligram matters most and you are comfortable with a 12 mg capsule that includes berberine and other botanicals. Skip PureHealth Max until it has a purchase offer and a published ingredient panel.
